Same team. Same pay. Ten times the work.
Turbothon re-shapes your own software team so it does 10x the work, measured on your own data. If the first pod is not 5x in 30 days, you get your money back.
A method by
We re-shape your team. We do not do your job.
We do not bring our people to do your work. We come in to change how your own people work. You already pay them. We make them 10x. When we leave, you depend on nobody and pay nobody an ongoing fee.
Your team, re-shaped, trained and measured
Two-person product pods that own one product each, from idea to live. One foundation team under them for servers, testing, security and design. The work done is measured every month, on your own data.
Six months. Then we leave and your team owns it.
Money back if the first pod is not 5x in 30 days
You pay 20 percent of the price up front. For 30 days we work with one pod and measure it on your own work. If that pod is not at least five times faster, we refund the 20 percent in full.
The second promise is why you can believe the first.
AI did not make developers a little faster. It moved the slow part.
Typing code used to be the slow part, so teams were split by skill. Now AI agents do the typing. The slow part is deciding what to build, checking it works and getting it live. The old team shape no longer fits.
Before
Typing code was the slow part. So teams were split by skill, and one piece of work crossed five desks and waited at each one.
Five hand-offs. Five queues.
Now
AI agents do the typing. The slow part is now deciding, checking and shipping. Two people with AI agents can own one product from start to finish.
One pod. One product. No hand-offs. A new tool on the old team shape only speeds up the typing.
Small pods on one foundation
Two people take one product from idea to a finished, working system, using AI at every step. A whole team organised this way does ten times the work it did before.
Product pod 1
Two people. One product, from idea to live.
Product pod 2
Two people. One product, from idea to live.
Product pod 3
Two people. One product, from idea to live.
Product pod 4
Two people. One product, from idea to live.
Project management
Small. Priorities, client contact, measuring.
Foundation team: the pods sit on it
No more back-end, front-end, full-stack or database job titles. Each pod owns its product from idea to live. The foundation team does everything on the server side, so the pods never leave the product. Read the six rules and how we measure.
Six months, with a gate at day 30
Week one we measure where you are today and agree what counts as one piece of work. Day 30 we measure the first pod again, together, and both sign the sheet.
Pilot pod
- Starting point measured together in week one
- First pod chosen; tools and access ready by day five
- Pod trained and working the new way; measured again on day 30
More pods
- Second and third pods formed
- Foundation team set up
- Pods take live projects; measured at month 3
Whole team
- Everyone in pods
- Coaches step back
- Measured at month 5
Handover
- Whole team measured against the start
- Your team owns the method and the measuring
- You depend on nobody
Kerala, the United States, the UAE and Qatar
Software teams, QA teams and oil company back offices. Each one on its own page, with what was done and what it was worth.
Kerala software team
25 staff re-shaped into pods. 23 modules live in six months. Client reports about 15x.
US toll collection company
50-person QA team. A pod of four built an AI re-testing platform in three months.
US oil company
A control so every purchase is checked against stock. Sub-contractor on one workstream.
Abu Dhabi oil company
Seven-plus core modules moved off old systems the company thought could not be moved.
150-person services firm
20 staff became ten product pods. Seven products live in two months.
Values are estimates: the reported multiple applied to the payroll, or the company's published results. No share of the oil company result is claimed. Signed client letters are being collected. Read the five stories.
One flat price, against what it multiplies
Worked example: a 25-person software team in Kerala. Same people, same payroll, before and after. Your own numbers are set in week one.
| Today | Day 30 guarantee: 5x | Month 6 target: 10x | |
|---|---|---|---|
| People on payroll | 25 | 25 | 25 |
| Payroll a year | Rs 1.5 crore | Rs 1.5 crore | Rs 1.5 crore |
| Pieces of work a month | 1,000 | 5,000 | 10,000 |
| Payroll cost per piece | Rs 12,500 | Rs 2,500 | Rs 1,250 |
| Payroll you would need for this much work, the old way | Rs 1.5 crore | Rs 7.5 crore | Rs 15 crore |
| Turbothon fee, paid once | Rs 27.5 lakh | Rs 27.5 lakh | |
| Extra work in year one, valued at today's cost | Rs 6 crore, 22x the fee | Rs 13.5 crore, 49x the fee |
Example only: 25 staff at about Rs 50,000 a month and 1,000 pieces of work a month today. India price decided; US and Gulf quoted the same way in USD. See how you pay.
Three kinds of company call us
IT services firms, 25 to 300 staff
Founder or CEO. Kerala, then India, then the Gulf. Bill rates are falling, clients ask what AI changed, and the same payroll with the same output loses margin every quarter.
Companies with big manual QA or engineering teams
VP Engineering, Head of QA, CTO. United States. High salaries make the return on the fee biggest.
Enterprises with old systems
Through the main consultancies, and the ADNOC and UAE government network. Gulf. Big programmes, long cycles.
Start with two days
A paid workshop for up to 20 people. Online in India, in person elsewhere. Day two ends with the pilot pod chosen, the measure agreed and the pilot proposal, with the price, on the table. The fee is credited against the pilot if you sign within 30 days.
